Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made towards admission, registration, course fees, application fees, study materials, training, or educational services are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully made.
Before making any payment, students or applicants are advised to carefully check the course details, eligibility, duration, fees, and applicable terms and conditions.
Cancellation
Once admission, registration, or enrollment has been processed, cancellation of the course or service does not normally qualify for a refund. Non-attendance, change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to complete a course will not ordinarily entitle the learner to a refund.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
In case of a genuine duplicate payment or an incorrect payment caused by a technical or transaction error, the matter may be reviewed by our accounts team. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after verification.
Course & Admission Changes
Course availability, admission schedules, eligibility requirements, examination dates, and other academic matters may be subject to the rules of the concerned university, board, or educational institution. Virolox Educational Institute is not responsible for changes made by such institutions.

By making a payment, the student/applicant confirms that they have read and understood the course information, fees, and refund terms and agree that paid fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically required under applicable law or approved by Virolox Educational Institute in exceptional circumstances.
